Great location in the heart of the city, allowing for easy exploration of Florence. The woman who checked me in was friendly and provided a helpful map with highlights marked. The wifi connection was reliable throughout my stay.
During my visit, I had a spacious room with a sink, which came in handy. Although the room had two single beds instead of a double as requested, I was able to push them together for more comfort.

Great Location and Affordable Price
The location of this hotel was ideal for exploring the city, as it was close to all the popular attractions. the price was affordable and allowed us to stay within our budget. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected with family and friends during our trip.
The hotel was not up to our expectations. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, with stained sheets and an unpleasant smell.

The location is superb, with proximity to all major attractions and the central station. A little market across the street provides easy access to essential needs. Everything I wanted to see was within easy reach. the well-lit room was comfortable with a double bed, and the bathrooms were reasonably clean. the fridge in the hall was very convenient, and the overall feel of the building was nice.
Some reviews have noted the difficulty in locating the property due to poor signage.

It was right in the heart of the city and allowed me to explore all the main attractions easily. the staff was also very accommodating, they let us leave our bags before check-in and helped us with our questions. Another advantage was the fact that the hotel was quite cheap compared to others in the city, which was great for us since we were on a budget.
the room was not very clean and the bedding was not up to standard.

Charming 18th-century building in the heart of the city. Close to major attractions. Enjoyed the Tuscan restaurant and bar nearby.
The bathroom situation was quite entertaining, with a broken window and endless queues. Who needs proper showers when you can have scorching hot or freezing cold?
